Alright folks,
Yeah, yeah, I’m late. 2024 wrapped up, and 2025 kicked in like a drunk guy at a party—chaotic, kinda fun, but mostly unpredictable. Christmas and New Year’s? Kept it chill. No wild adventures, no last-minute panic about resolutions I won’t keep. Just good food, some downtime, and a bit of nostalgia.
And I gotta say, I have this feeling that 2025 is gonna be different. Not just the usual “new year, new me” nonsense, but like, actually interesting. New experiences, new places, maybe even some unexpected plot twists. Sure, the year didn’t exactly start smooth—random problems popping up, little things breaking—but that’s life, right? We fix, we move on.
One thing I did finally get back into is photography. Yeah, I had dropped it for a while, but now I’m dusting off my old Canon 90D and getting back into it. There’s something really nice about capturing a moment exactly the way you see it—no filters, no AI-enhanced nonsense, just you, your camera, and whatever weird or beautiful thing catches your eye. I was thinking of bringing back my gallery site (rip, gallery.tobias-lieshoff.de), but for now, I’m just throwing stuff on Instagram. Yeah, yeah, I know—it’s a Facebook product. But hey, convenience wins this round.
